She messaged back "yes, we have one set left" and a picture (there's the shame on me, didn't realize we needed to look super close, it was a different tire). Again, a little shame on us, we didn't inspect them upon completion, they installed a completely different set of tires on the pickup. It also seemed to take a fair amount of time for installation (about 90 minutes), even though we had made an appointment. Hard lessons.
