- DDDawnDec 27, 20251.0Can you leave negative stars? Worst buying experience in my life! If they give you Colby as a rep….RUN. He does nothing but fill you with lies and false promises. I showed up to take possession, after giving them a weeks notice, only to find my brand new van hadn’t been detailed and prepped for me. Reason? “Oh, we couldn’t find the keys”. I spent the entire day waiting around for them to finish and then had to remind them to fill the gas tank. DO NOT purchase the package with the Good Sam’s Club membership. The bin is full of cheap junk that you can purchase on your own, somewhere else, better and cheaper. And if you own a van most doesn’t even fit. The b.s. that you can get serviced, sleep over and fill propane at any Camping World is absolutely false information. I have had so many issues in the last two months with a few locations I’ve been to (live full time on the road) I had to get the corporate office involved, unfortunately, the bad service here starts at the top. FIND ANOTHER DEALER!!

When they decided not to get it, that $500 deposit was never refunded. Multiple family members spoke to them daily for about 2 MONTHS and would either get completely ignored or some excuse was made. They ended up getting their money back but ONLY after they went to their bank and explained the situation. This place didn’t even refund them their money. This is a fraudulent, dishonest company — Save your time.

My parents were just looking and trying to decide on buying an RV, James convinced them to put a No Risk- $500 down to put an RV on hold for a few days while my parents decided if they wanted it or not. They decided to not get the RV and asked for the $500 back. This was the first week in October and they still haven’t gotten their money back. We have called so many times, gone there to pick up the check and they always have an excuse for not having the check ready for him. We talked to a few managers, and they keep passing the blame to each other and not resolving this issue. I’ve read other reviews about this happening to other people, I wish I had read it before we went there in the first place. I do not recommend this company at all. Save yourself the time and money, go somewhere else.
