Apparently the system does not allow long reviews. Apparently $13477.56 in repairs does not rate attention. An FYI, I talked with the the store manager and with Dallas the service manager. Results were waste of time.

When we bought our trailer we were not notified that they had items on order for warranty repair. 2 other items also needed repairs when taken to service department. We informed them of a planned trip several weeks away. Called 3 times to get updates with messages left. Third time had to get transferred to corporate office to get a response from service dept. 1 week ago spoke with service rep for update and need to pick up in 1 week for planned trip. Came today to pick up informed still not ready and informed technician still had 3 orders ahead that he needed to submit additional information for warranty. Service rep at front counter didn't seem to care about are concerns. I cannot ever recommend Camping World as they lied in sales and service department is not responsive.

I've had to call and try to get information on the status and they never have a good answer or are never there. They love to say they will have someone call you back but never do. Definitely wouldn't recommend camping world its the Walmart of camping
