Will never ever ever buy a vehicle from this place again! Had to sign paperwork three different times because the first and second time they could never get it right! Then we get a vehicle that has less than 12,000 miles and there’s electric issues with it! Every time we use the left turn Signal the bright lights turn on and blinds the people in front of us and the dealership refuses to fix it! Horrible horrible horrible experience!

Excellent service. I pulled into their service lot with a 2016 Chevy Volt that was really misbehaving and seemed like it was about to croak. The service advisor pulled the codes and recommended it be analyzed by a technician. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to give me a ride home with a promise to look at it as soon as possible. They got back to me within a few hours with an estimate. It was a very fair estimate, considering some of the horror stories I read in the Volt Facebook groups for a BECM replacement. I approved the work. They completed it the next day, came and got me, and my car is running great. At every step the people I dealt with were courteous, honest and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased.

let me start by saying I don’t write too many reviews but in this case I feel like I definitely should . If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that. Drop my 2019 2500 HD off for maintenance and a check engine light took them the entire day to get Truck through scheduled maintenance I had to remind them of a fuel filter after I told the guy at the desk that I needed one installed . During that conversation, I also told him that I had reason to believe That the engine light was an injector connection going bad. Once they pull that exact code, I was severely over quoted on a simple repair on said injector connection. the supplied part number can be found at half the price (yes gm certified) I was charged a diagnostic fee That was close to an hour of their labor cost all for them to call and tell me the exact thing that I had mentioned when I dropped it off. After they quoted me a ridiculous amount of money $775 for a $70 part and an hour and a half labor., I opted out of them doing the repair. I get my truck back, They charged an 11% service fee for using a card to pay for maintenance. Guess they gotta keep the lights on somehow.filled up with diesel on the way home and I noticed that there’s a Greasy oily, handprints up on the fender of the truck. This is the first and last time they will ever see my pick up in their store.

This place is a scam. They lead you on and make promises that they do not keep. They have unplugged my vehicle while it was charging and my vehicle was only at 78%. They have charged us 50 dollar deductible several times and wouldnt pay for tires through their warranty when it stated they would. *Update* Called and left a message. Never got a call back in 2 days. Called again and spoke to someone who said they were a sales manager. Told me to come in and they would take care of getting me out of the vehicle. I came in in the next few days to find out the guy I spoke to wasnt the manager. So I spoke to the manager and he said that after less than a month into my lease I was at 13,000 negative equity and that to get me out they needed to roll that into the next lease. Which is not making up for any mistakes made. He then said they could maybe put an at home charger in my house, but he would need to run it up the chain. He said it should be about 500. Got 2 quotes from electricians prior and its 1800 and 2000. Told me he would call me the next day and they would figure out something by the first of the year. It is now the 8th of January and I have had 0 contact from them. Still 0 fix about the service provided for my other car and 0 want to help fix a selling mistake based on false information given. Was even told that no one there but one person knows about electric cars and that since October they dont even want to sell them based off of how expensive they are to charge. We have bought 2 vehicles from them in a year and they wont respond or try and help me.

Update 12/27 still pending our vehicle being fixed, no ETA. Called service area this morning went to voicemail. They must be incredibly busy if it takes 15 days to fix a gasket and bolts. Wow! Update- 12/12 Eddie called and they are taking care of the parts. Thank you for the update Eddie. We bought a dodge ram a week ago, exhaust started making a terrible sound yesterday. We took it in to their service area this morning and just received a call that there is a bolt and gasket that are bad on the exhaust/ muffler. They want us to pay to fix it as not covered by warranty. Per Eddie, unfortunately he can do nothing about them charging us but I can talk to the sales rep. Then he told me I could call the sales rep, my response, isn't he in the same building as you? This isn't a good look and I am not paying for something that wasn't caught during their inspection. The bolt and gasket did not wear out in 7 days. I am waiting on a call from the sales reps Keith/ Tom who were absolutely great to work with and are 5 star worthy. Eddie at this point appears to not be in the right business, both our interactions have been less than stellar. The guy couldn't even look me in the eye this morning. Eddie was given my number by my husband to call us back and instead called my husband, who in turn messaged me to call Eddie back. Seems Eddie only wants to deal with my husband, do better Eddie.
