I came threw a 2nd time because I had bugs all over my car still. same thing sat there until they noticed me they still didn’t come out. they finally came out but the girl said she had to do a “rewash” since I just came threw so I don’t know what that was about. I also had asked for touchless and the girl said she would let the person know and she didn’t. I had to tell the person to do the touchless option. Overall customer service is awful. Wash is as awful as the customer service if not worse.
