- MAMarcus AndersonNov 22, 20251.0Yes this place is a scam and the claims department doesn’t want to resolve any issues you have, first thing is their dryer is set way too high blew my shark antenna cover off my new Acadia but their policy is they don’t cover no antenna of any kind which is bs cause shark antennas you can’t unscrew like the screw on antennas you go to them with confidence to get your vehicle washed and get damaged I could go on for days about this car wash but it’s not worth my time anymore something needs to be done about them too many bad reviews and I reported them to the better business bureau what are you paying insurance for on this place cause club car wash doesn’t fix any damages cause by their negligence this place is a JOKE

Any aftermarket things done to your car if scratched or damaged they will not cover so your taking a big risk. 3.they will tell you that there wash equipment is made of certain materials that cannot scratch or damage your vehicle. 4.stated that there policy is not to release videos but have no signs stating that. This place is a scam Do not get a membership here. Nothing against the owner but the claims department is actually going to ruin this place bc of all the bullshit they try to get away with.. you are better of going somewhere else. Damaged my vehicle.. and the claims department does not want to release me the videos. Will be getting my attorney involved.
