- CGcassandra grandstaffNov 1, 20241.0If I could give her 0 stars I would!!! Regina is rude and nasty! I came in with a company fleet fuel card, which my business uses at this store DAILY! She kept telling me my fleet card isn’t supported here and that my gas wasn’t pumping due to my fuel card! She refused to move my prepaid balance to a different pump! I then went to a different pump and used my PERSONAL debit card on the same type of gas at a different pump! It still didn’t work! I then went inside and told her it’s because the premium fuel is out as I just tried to use my own card and it still wouldn’t pump past a few cents! She once again got nasty and she was running her mouth to a kitchen employee! She kept running her mouth to me saying that these cards can’t be used here, I proceeded to tell her that business is across the street and we use 22 different fleet cards at this location DAILY!! She said “oh really I’m here everyday and I’ve never seen you!” I said I was just here this morning and yesterday morning and she said “that’s funny cuz I was here today AND yesterday and I never saw you” I will be sure to let ALL of my employees to never fuel at your store again due to this one employee! I am here every single day and I’ve NEVER seen this women and I will never be back!!
