I’ve done nothing but recommend them since! This time around was no different. Their communication is unlike any other. Not only did they text me and keep me informed step-by-step with my vehicle repair but they insured that I got a great experience with my rental car and insurance and took care of me with communication on it. My car looks brand new and better than even before the damage! Their proactiveness, Communication and quality of work cannot be matched. Although I used insurance, if I needed to pay out-of-pocket I know the cost would be worth the outcome.
- SESarah E5 days ago3.0They were friendly and did the repairs on my vehicle. I am not thrilled that the mirror that was replaced is not even close to the quality of the original. I look at my passenger mirror and its perfectly clear. I look at my driver's side (the one replaced) and there are weird ripples and blurryness in the mirror. Its flat but its just poor quality. Not completely happy. I was warned that it may be a aftermarket part made by someone other than my make and model, but it should be of the same quality and it isn't. SO not thrilled. Feels like my car is permanently sad now.

I had to have a Passenger lamp replaced they accidentally damaged. My fender working on it offered to fix it with a rental and they took care of the issue real quick. I am pleased a happy customer and the lamp works good. i’ll be coming back again dealing with them, I could tell they were real honest people

I was side-swiped which resulted in damage to two of my doors, back quarter panel, and fender. Derek, the QA rep I was working with, explained in detail the repairs needed, the predicted timelines, and the breakdown of costs. He also kept me updated throughout the entire process via text and welcomed any questions I may have had. It was my observation that the front desk staff, the customer representatives (sorry, I’m unaware of their official titles), and the techs are all very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly employees who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Having had this experience with Quality Auto, there’s no question as to why they came highly recommended to us by friends, co-workers, and family members. I was very happy with the results and repair of my vehicle.
