Again I can live with that everything was fine until they decided to let me test drive a truck with a bad transmission. I express im not happy with that option because I have kids and cannot afford the down time. Was told we would get back to the dealership and we would be testing an suv. We'll needless to say there was no suv testing they immediately threw numbers out for said truck with a bad transmission. I ask to consider it overnight not wanting to get in over my head and was met with pushy tactics and promises of an extended warranty and that the truck will be gone by tomorrow. Then explains that "we dont know how much longer my ranger will last" and this is the only way my credit will go up. After I finally get it through to them im not purchasing a truck with a bad transmission I think maybe they were tired of me telling them I didnt think it was a smart option I was told that they would look into another option which I did not test drive because Levi was busy doing everything else I get its getting close to closing time and to be fair I didnt want to be at the dealer for 2 hours wasting my time or theres but to try and sell something to someone after they immediately found a major mechanical issue for almost 20k isnt how to do business. With that I will not be back even if its the last dealership in iowa.
