The lift gate on our company truck fell off so I brought it in to have it reattached. They told me the gate had too much rust and would need to be replaced. I told them to go ahead and replace it and was told it would take about a week. I called them back later that day and told them I needed a quote before proceeding. I'm willing to cut them some slack because I changed my mind, but it took me a week to even get a price and I had to call to get it. I gave them the go-ahead the same day I got the price. After not hearing anything for more than a week, I called to find out the replacement gate had not even been ordered. They got it ordered and told me it would be another week. Weeks later the gate finally came in at which time they told me they didn't order the parts needed to attach the gate to the truck. They told me three days for the parts, which ended up being more than a week. It took SIX weeks from the time I dropped the truck off until it was done. Six weeks renting a delivery truck to cover our deliveries was not cheap. I've been in customer service a long time and I understand mistakes happen, but this was a series of mistakes and apathetic service. I will not be doing business with them again.
