Our refrigerator quit, ins said they would only pay for repairs, Novacool no longer makes parts so nothing. Replacement on our own. Avoid the ins at all costs. 6k out of our pocket for scam ins.

Had I just stayed in he STL I would have had a great experience, but when you lied to me you were on the phone with Wendy and she is great, her and the manager know what you told us before we made the drive. Work on some personal people skills and get some ethics. Terrible place

Its retailing for $18,999. It was a low price but worth it if I don't have to pull it and store it. They showed up and started saying less right away because the things we already told them. We stated we said couch was peeling and awning needs replaced before you said $11,900. They said let's get to the shop and look at it. This all started at 9am I the morning. We get to the shop with it wait abot 2 hrs then they trying telling us all this other bull is wrong. Then trying to say they give us $5000. Every thing works in the camper. Its in good shape. Like I said I found the same one same condition maybe even a little ruffer for $18,999 at a diffrent place. I spent my whole day so this franchise could try and rip me off and give my camper to them for practicaly nothing. I will never shop at this place ever agian.
