We purchased a Jayco 28CRT fifth wheel, and the entire team exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The customer service was truly excellent — they paid great attention to detail, listened carefully to all of our concerns, and were incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had. They took the time to walk us through how everything worked, making sure we felt confident and comfortable before leaving. What really stood out was their genuine concern for our truck’s RV fifth-wheel hitch (which was not installed by them). They noticed an issue, took the time to correct it, and did so at no charge. That level of care and honesty speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. We never felt rushed, dismissed, or pressured — just supported. Our refrigerator quit, ins said they would only pay for repairs, Novacool no longer makes parts so nothing. Replacement on our own. Avoid the ins at all costs. 6k out of our pocket for scam ins.

I would give you 0 stars because of the lies, I hope the district manager really did fire you. I will never be back, keep up lying to your customers the way you lied to us and you’ll take yourself out! Had I just stayed in he STL I would have had a great experience, but when you lied to me you were on the phone with Wendy and she is great, her and the manager know what you told us before we made the drive. Work on some personal people skills and get some ethics. Terrible place
