I went to Camping World Davenport for RV trailer keys and storage help—the team was okay and got the job done. But my overall experience in the area has been rough with local campgrounds: unresponsive staff, rude/dismissive treatment (especially when alone or needing support), and a lack of basic dignity or value for long-term guests. I wish I could camp somewhere nice and attractive where I can be treated with respect, not nastiness or dismissal. Hoping for better options in the future.

We had an outstanding experience at Camping World in Davenport, Iowa! We purchased a Jayco 28CRT fifth wheel, and the entire team exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The customer service was truly excellent — they paid great attention to detail, listened carefully to all of our concerns, and were incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had. They took the time to walk us through how everything worked, making sure we felt confident and comfortable before leaving. What really stood out was their genuine concern for our truck’s RV fifth-wheel hitch (which was not installed by them). They noticed an issue, took the time to correct it, and did so at no charge. That level of care and honesty speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. We never felt rushed, dismissed, or pressured — just supported. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about their customers and stands behind their work, we highly recommend Camping World in Davenport!
