Impossible to contact someone when canceling. Sent a form through their website and was told they can’t reverse the pending transaction for this next month due to “needing a 24 hour notice” the payment has not even finished processing for this coming month and I did reach out but because they “got a new system” and I didn’t get an email back from them, they are refusing to cancel and refund what is owed. Their supervisor doesn’t take direct called and I have to wait 24-72 hours for a call back I’m sure won’t be happening.

It did a good job cleaning my truck but on my mirrors, bumper, and rims a spotted residue was left after my truck dried. Maybe this wouldn’t happen if I hand dried my car but paying 20$ for a wash I would expect this not happen. I like that the vacuums are included. Might come here again, but I’ve never had this spotted residue from other car washes.

I cancelled my membership on their website before the 3 month subscription was up, I got email confirmation that it was cancelled, and I have since been charged $98.20. I have spoken with their team on email multiple times- they tell me that my membership is cancelled and that I have been reimbursed. I have NOT been reimbursed ONCE and they just took out another payment 2 months after my membership was allegedly “cancelled”. Do not give them your credit card- it’s a huge headache, the biggest waste of money, and a total scam.

I stopped before the machine started to roll my vehicle forward and chatted with the sprayer dude on the left of my vehicle. He listened to my life issues and really cared. He didn’t even acknowledge all the selfish people behind me honking and yelling. People are so selfish. I’m sitting here getting much needed therapy with my local Club Carwash spray engineer and their poor poor day is SO inconvenienced. I wasn’t there 15 minutes before they started honking and yelling, making the manager yell at me. Even had the police try to tell me I “had” to move. They must not know who I am and how important my reviews are to the functionality to the lives of every person on earth! Could you even imagine how messed up things would be if I couldn’t tell people things about the places I have been? Pure Hell I tell you! Pure Hell
