Tonight I told the attendant in the tunnel that the wash showing on the sign was Rookie and I am an MVP customer. He responded "Yeah ok" and did nothing to correct the wash. I pull through the line a second time and was given a Rookie wash a second time. I again pointed it out to the guy and again he did nothing to resolve the issue. Then I call Customer Service and she asked if I spoke to the manager since the manager is the only one that can resolve the issue. So I am expected to get out of my car, find the manager on duty and have them address it? That is utterly ridiculous. Just correct the wash on your computer keyboard hanging on the wall in the wash, give me the correct wash I paid for, and let me go on my way. That is all I want and expect. Certainly not the apathy I experienced.
