  They are on purpose tampering with people's reviews here online. Also what I been trying to warn the community is not false info. It's all true. If they delete this post then I'll make a new one They fire people back and forth. 1 by 1. I witnessed 15 people before me get fired and 15 people after me. I know the names of many. Also not just techs. Managers, service advisors runners, detail, sales, parts, you are on very thin ice when you are here. Only a few people remain there. Even the good manager Jones who made everyone happy was fired and replaced with an inexperienced Manager barnhart. Very disgusting. Didn't know much about fords. He accused me of falsely up selling a coolant flush when the car met the charts and the paid training by charlie Moffitts. I also took the FORD STARRS TRAINING FOR THE COOLANT SYSTEM I knew what I was talking about. Barnhart did not. He also allowed a service advisor to give my work to other techs. That was not part of the agreement upon hire. Main story here is think hard if you accept a job here. Me myself. I never signed a lease in that town because I knew that they fired people all the time. I also saved a lot of money while I was there and was in touch with other companies as well. I was able to start my new job a week and half later after they fired me they been around for about 80 years and pretty soon everyone in the community isn't gonna want to work for them. If they delete this post then I'll make a new one.

  Drove in the lot to browse vehicles. Travis came right out and greeted us. He was very helpful showing us inventory and we ended up purchasing the perfect vehicle for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Travis to anyone thinking of trading or buying a vehicle. Genevieve was extremely helpful through the financial process. Overall this was the best experience we have EVER had with a car dealership!

  My salesman Travis was very kind, considerate and knowledgeable. He listened to me and followed a no pressure approach which I really appreciated. He went above and beyond by bringing the car to me to test drive in Ankeny. That is dedication! I highly recommend Travis and Moffitt's Ford in Boone, Iowa!

  Great experience however two days after the purchase the check engine light came on so I have that issue. Lumbar in driver seat isn't working and fog lights. It needed wiper blades all the way around, floor mats, a second key one turning signal in the passenger mirror was damaged that I didnt know about. They should look their vehicles over a bit more before putting them up for sale.

  Worst car buying experience we have ever had. DO NOT buy from them! They preach honesty, but they have completely ripped us off! I put down $5k on a $10k used vehicle. Confirmed with the bank that they never received a down payment. Dealership lied about the money being used for a warranty and a bunch of other things we never agreed to. Only after 10 days of owning the vehicle, we had some major mechanical issues. The dealership promised us that this would be covered by the warranty that we supposedly agreed to & because they never completed an inspection before we drove the vehicle off the lot. (This is usually part of their protocol, but they skipped it.) Just received a call that they changed their minds! The part is going to cost over $450. I’m beyond livid! Save yourselves from this place because this is the most dishonest and most disgusting experience I have ever had! And I would hate to see anyone else get ripped off like we have! (EDIT) Brenna - if you claim that I am making false accusations, then why did I receive a phone call that you would pay for the repairs in FULL, but ONLY IF I were to take this review down. (REVIEWERS, PAY ATTENTION!) We agreed on $10k flat. Your salesman, Travis, confirmed with us before signing the paperwork. Second point, why would I want to continue business with someone that has completely screwed me over and continues to be dishonest. It would be pretty stupid of me to even consider trusting you after that. Third, after all of the negotiating we have been through... the fluid for the radiator was completely BONE DRY once returned from your shop....explain that... Fourth, here's your positive review: Travis is a saint. He deserves a raise.
