Didn't hear from anyone so called to check. Was told it wasn't in but it should be in Thursday which was still ok. Called Thursday and was told they were pretty sure it was in but would call me back either way. NO ONE called back. So I called again and now "the truck is delayed" and should be in on Friday. Called today (Friday) and no one has a clue where the part is. Cancelled the order and found one in stock at Napa. NOT ONE PERSON APOLOGIZED. I will never buy or refer anyone to this business. No one cares or has a clue. My next call is to corporate.
