  This was the best car experience ever and I’m glad I went there the staff takes good care of u once u walk in the doors the ask the right questions for everyone to answer so easy and Marc and the staff was like a big happy family my experience there was out of this world thanks again guys u made my dreams come true

  Originally, after I “bought” my 2024 certified pre-owned Tucson from Windward Hyundai in September 2025, I left a raving review because I had a wonderful, Five star experience, one that I was not expecting. I’ve now had this car for 4 months, and having another opportunity to leave a review, I have to change my rating to a 3. Here’s why. I got the run around from everyone I spoke to for 3 months while I waited for the registration, which was set to expire at the end of December, to be changed to my name. It took several return visits to the store, phone calls, and finally, someone high enough up the chain, from the mainland, to make it happen. He stated to my husband that we weren’t the only ones having issues and that he was in Hawaii, at the store, to clean things up. It took him a day to get me that registration. In the end, though I am satisfied, it was a lot of trouble to go through. The people are really nice, and probably well intentioned for the most part, but I would say proceed with caution.

  Service Advisors i made an online appointment @10am for routine maintenance oil change tire rotation etc, so I decided to wait close by i came back around 1:30 my car was still in line waiting to get serviced so I went to the wait room was waiting for another 2 hours car wasn't finished till after 3pm over 5 hours you got to be kidding me. Why is the appointment @10am for i told the advisor why so long she just said sorry, terrible service. And they service before this one was bad too I will explain in another review.

  I had a great experience working with Windward Hyundai, especially with Wes as my sales representative. He was extremely patient and proactive in helping me secure a lease before I even arrived on island, which took a huge amount of stress out of an already busy PCS. He communicated clearly, stayed responsive, and made sure everything was lined up so there were no surprises when I got to Hawaii. If you’re military especially if you’re moving to the island I highly recommend Windward Hyundai and ask for Wes. He gets it and actually looks out for you.

  Tati and Dylan are the best in the business and then their manager Q is just sweet icing on the cake that makes the process of buying a vehicle so much better, easier & smoother. The whole staff over at Windward Hyundai just has a way of drawing you in and making you feel like family. They should give you guys different job titles other than "car salesman" because sometimes that title comes with negative feedback. But, the team at Windward Hyundai is different. Every single one of them. We love & appreciate all that you guys have done for us from the moment we stepped foot on the lot!! God bless!!
