  Westen was the best sales man we walked in he came out to us made sure everything was okay see if we wanted to look at anything he showed us three cars we found us a Kia N5 Gt Line. Same day we are leaving right now with the car

  My family member bought a used car from Jerry V in June 2025, and I was there with them during the whole process. By September, the registration and safety were already expiring, just three months later. When we brought it up, the dealership refused to cover it. Not only that, before signing, we specifically asked about the tags. Multiple people, including the finance guy... said if the tags expired, Jerry V would take care of it. I was there, I heard it myself. That promise was a big reason my family member felt comfortable signing. Now the dealership is backtracking, saying it was “miscommunication” or that “too many people were around.” That’s not miscommunication, that’s dishonesty. To make matters worse, only a few weeks after buying the car it already had issues. We had to send it back to Jerry V, and instead of fixing it, they just sent it off to Nissan. So honestly, how were we supposed to worry about tags when the car itself was having issues within weeks? Jerry V makes it seem like you’re getting a good deal, but it’s really not. They give false reassurances to close the sale, then hide behind excuses and leave the customer with the cost and stress. If you’re considering buying from them, beware, the promises they make before you sign don’t mean much afterward.

  Starting from the top my overall experience with this dealership was not good, I was a first time car buyer, didn’t really know what I was getting into, so I financed thru the dealer then I told them a number I could afford they told me a higher number that was kinda iffy but I took the chance signed then I ended up signing for more fees added on top for “warranty” so I just thought damn ok that’s just how it is. Comes to find out my interest rate is 20% like damn too bad I sign already and was never told this number so I’m like whatever I just like my nice car. So then I go to do my first oil change because I remember them saying it was covered on them for I guess my package deal, I go and I still ended up paying bcuz i supposedly used it already, hmmm now I’m getting a lil irritated, so whatever move on. Now a year later something is wrong with my vehicle under two years of ownership, I have a thermostat problem and a water pump problem that’s causing my coolant to leak so I go back to fix it and they say my warranty doesn’t cover it in full, they don’t have the parts, they also don’t recommend me driving my car, and they don’t have loaners to let me borrow till parts are ordered and car is fixed. So they get me a car at hertz rentals down the street that I’ll have to pay for myself, mind you I had my baby with me at the time and so I needed my babys car seat and the worker told me “just go grab the car and come back we’ll have it when you get back” but like do you not understand the law, kids need to be in a car seat at all times in a vehicle. Especially a kid under two years old so I’m not very satisfied at this point waited one hour for my car seat that I ended up taking out. So I’m here paying over $800 for a used car every month, $220 a month in extended warranty that they recommend, my own rental car for who knows how long and pretty much all my repairs in under 2 years of owning the car not even including the insurance, registration, safety, tires, and other oil changes. They said Jerry for the people but more like Jerry for his pockets and all his greedy associates. I hope other people don’t make the same mistakes as me but also others to not do business with them!!!!!!

  The BEST experience I ever had, thanks to Owen! When I say I wasn’t even looking to buy a car today and I was just window shopping, I was in shock at how they made it happen for me considering my finance situation. I would highly recommend, 100%. So so grateful, thank you again Owen!
