- JBJames BroganJun 23, 20251.0Terrible concept, forcing people to open their phone, if they have one that is charged, scan an app while their car is in drive and people waiting behind them, input credit card info, which requires getting your wallet out, then hit the road with your phone in your hand and your wallet laying out... It's the most inefficient parking solution I've ever experienced. They must have very good sales people to convince a management company to ruin customer service for all of the business tenants. As much as I like going to the stores there I probably will not go back because of the annoying parking experience. I always stay for under an hour which is free but that does not make it worth the frustration.
