- THTim H1 day ago1.0Do not trust them with your car - or manager Miles Miller. I brought my car in for warranty work - as the Elantra's light housings are known for collecting condensation. One side was approved- but the other tail light was denied due to external damage - which occurred while the car was in their service department. The delivery pictures show no damage - and then suddenly there's broken lip on the tail light they inspected. Manager Miles Miller denied the photo evidence and was extremely rude about it. The pictures don't lie - but Miles Miller does. He said he "can't tell" - so I'd have to prove it did happen While I agree they took a low quality picture - the damage would still show if it was there. The complete lack of responsibility to cover work that is under warranty and deny damage which they caused during inspection - is about as low as it gets. This experience and the attitude from this manager has absolutely ended my plans to buy another Hyundai - and I would never return to Jerry V for service when they break more than they fix. (but the service manager Lei has always been the reason I went there - so sorry Lei - always felt you gave 5star customer service)
- RBRissa Baby6 days ago5.0Jason S was very patient with us and showed us different vehicles to chose from. I couldnt make up my mind til finally i chose the 2024 Palisades. I was very excited. Rushed to my bank to get a loan and was approved. Final steps went smooth as well with the finance officer, i think his name was Mark ir Matt (sorry). I am still waiting for ny extra key that they said they would give me but haven't received it yet. Otherwise, service was great! Thank you!!

- OROlivia RoweJan 6, 20262.0My husband brought my car into the shop and received good service there, however a part was supposed to be ordered and I was never called to say it came in months later. I have called twice with long wait times and was told by some robot that there was an error and got hung up on. Initially it was a good experience, appreciated that they provided Ubers for my husband but the whole thing seems like a waste of time and I guess I should try Tony Hyundai at this rate for the same issue for faster service since I have no way of getting in touch with this agency unless I maybe stop by in person. I had the same issue at Windward Hyundai which is why I tried these guys but unless they make contact with me after writing this review I really don't have any other recourse and honestly I don't want to keep dealing with this unreliability.

We came in at 6:00 p.m. signed the paperwork we were done in 1 hour. What an awesome guy, and the finance guy was also on top of everything with quickness and he was thorough. Brand new 2025 ionic 5 the last one, and they gave me the deal I asked for. The discount was phenomenal!!
