    Service dept charged $230 on each diagnosis of one problem raised by customer. It’s not right. If I had 2 things suspected of wrong with my vehicle I would have to pay $500 just to have them find out what were wrong? It’s not reasonable. I has an abs warning light problem and a big leak of coolant fluid. They just fixed the warning light and would not do diagnose the coolant leak which was so important. They just told me no visible leakage and sent me home. My car could have overheat while running and destroyed my engine. It’s absolutely had no regard for the safety of the car driver and the car itself!!! All they care about is charging money. I ended up AI Google my leaking coolant problem and went to Lex Brodie to have it checked and fixed. Absolutely terrible!!!

    My experience with this dealership was nothing short of phenomenal. I needed to get my front license plate put on. I needed to order a special part to get it put on, and then I need help installing it. I called the dealership and spoke to the service department and every single person I spoke with, and met in real life was amazing. I was quite anxious when I arrived, and everyone was so kind and understanding. They helped me get my new plates put on and I drove away, feeling a lot better. My only complaint has nothing to do with the customer service or dealership. But I shouldn’t have had to pay for parts or service to get my license plate put on. The parts should have come already installed on my car. 100 Dollars for something that should’ve been included in the first place. But again, this isn’t the fault of the dealership. I had such a good experience that even with the commute, I’ll return here for future service needs.

    My experience here was amazing! All the workers were so helpful and down to earth! It wasn’t just one but almost all tried their best to provide me with the car I really wanted!!! The car I got was so nice! I fell instantly in love with it!! Even towards the end they not only make sure your car was full tank but it was clean, everything that I needed such as tires and warranty were all in one big package! And I don’t ever have to worry about technical issues because I can always come back and they will hook with up being in the warranty. I have never been to a dealership that ACTUALLY cares about their customers! This is definitely a huge deal with this dealership. I will make sure to have my friends or family that needs a car come here. Huge mahalo to everyone!

    My girlfriend bought a used car from this place back in July... She has been riding with a paper plate that expired on 10/31. She has been weekly contacting her sales person Len and he comes up with excuse after excuse after excuse why her plates have not come in. With the last excuse from the Sales Manager Mike that they don't have someone that can go to the DMV and stand in line to get this done. Len then tells my girlfriend that she needs to bring here car in to do a failed safety on October 17th. We brought in the next day October 18th. To this day her sales person Len tells her it's not them but the DMV. So... Customer buys car in July. It's now November and the customer still doesn't have current registration, safety, or plates? I've worked in car sales for many years and its not a 4 month long process. Horrible customer service with constant lame excuses. Beware if your buying a used car from this place!

    I cannot recommend Jerry V's Hyundai enough, specifically the incredible service manager, Miles. My wife and I were in a real panic when a crucial medicine bottle fell through a hard-to-reach gap in the center console of our Budget rental car. We tried everything and couldn't retrieve it. In a moment of desperation, we stopped by the dealership to see if they could offer any advice. Miles immediately stepped in to help. He spent a solid 30 minutes patiently and persistently fishing the bottle out from a very precarious spot. His persistence paid off, and he successfully retrieved the medication we desperately needed. Beyond his effectiveness, Miles' attitude was truly exceptional—he was gracious, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire ordeal. When we tried to offer compensation for his time and effort, he politely but firmly refused any payment. This level of genuine care and going above and beyond for a complete stranger is rare. We cannot express our gratitude enough. tude enough to Miles and the team at Jerry V's Hyundai for their support when we needed it most. They've earned a customer for life with this single act of kindness. Thank you, Miles!
