Decided to take a hit to my credit and stop paying for a loan I didn't agree to. All so their staff could make an extra buck. Spoke with Marcus Lemonis' assistant and got a $300 refund 4 years after the fact. Shop anywhere else than with these thieves.

Bought a Grand design Momentum that's been in there parking lot for 11 and half months out of the last 12 months that I've owned it. They have submitted repair orders for payment to the extended warranty company without my signature that is fraud. They replaced a the couch under the the fabric protection plan that I purchased under "good will" and months later after finally getting my camper out of there they want to contact me and state that I owe them $3000 for the couch!!! Wait what? No one ever gave me an estimate prior to even installing the couch! and now they want 3 grand for something I was told was taken care of under the warranty! And to top everything everything off. I also purchased the extra roof coverage that they suggested that I get. OK no worries. Done. Guess what? The roof has pre-existing moisture damage that the insurance company is denying to repair because the issue is pre-existing, so now I'm stuck having to pay 20 grand to get the roof replaced. These people are thieves and liars! Saddest part of everything? Marcus is the #1 reason I took my business to camping world. I like Marcus. Huge fan. Watched all of his shows, I've met him personally and love his story. Hopefully this review gets to him and I would love a call from him personally, I have confidence that if he was made aware of what has happened with my experience hell snap his fingers and fix it. Much love Mr. Lemonis, but your location in Woodstock is absolutely terrible. In fact the tactics they're using are deceptive and Illegal! They all should be fired!
- LALee ArringtonOct 17, 20251.0I bought a new 2025 Campsite Reserve and once we got home and setting up we noticed we had a few issues with it. The door was very hard to close, a leak in middle of awning, decal on back had a bubble in one of the letters. I scheduled an appointment to drop off and was told they had to wait 2 weeks for warranty department. I had a camping trip planned 4 weeks after dropping camper off. I was told I could pick it up on 3rd week but work had not been completed and would have to drop it back off to do the work. After picking up camper I noticed the letter on back had been cut and air pushed out. A glob of black silicone had been smeared under the awning and the door frame had been beaten in with hammer. All of these things I could have done and made my new camper look old and it not take 3 weeks. Very disappointed with the service that was provided at the Woodstock location. I am still trying to figure out what the warranty covered.
