Today was my last day visiting the LaVista Rd location due to a rude manager who basically told me to go the the Lawrenceville location because he didn’t have an oil filter for my car. He was not the nicest at all. While at the Lawrenceville location I ran into the general manager that I have known since I started going to jiffy lube and we had a great conversation and I was able to discuss my issues about the LaVista Rd store manager.

I proceeded to get an oil change as planned and also got my windshield wipers replaced. But when I went to pay at the end, I was only then told I needed to pay in exact change because they didn’t have any cash on hand. I didn’t have exact change so I had to pay with a credit card, which luckily I had. But if cash had been my only option, I would’ve been screwed. Staff apologized and admitted fault for not having cash on hand and not communicating that fact to begin with, but offered no solutions. This absolutely should’ve been communicated upfront.
