No one to greet customers as they drove up and then finally one of the employees arrived. He stayed in his car until someone would get out of theirs to see what was going on. When I did, I knew why he was in the car. The employee was recreating and reeked of weed. Stated that everyone but him was on break. “What! You just got back yourself!” Employee stated he was by himself and he didn’t know when the others would be back. So we left. We returned Saturday. Much better experience. In and out in 20 minutes. I won’t take the truck back though. My engine sounds louder since they overfilled the oil back in the summer and we needed something done quickly for the car, but it even turned into a two visit trip. UPDATE— I did take my truck back to have a transmission drain and refill. The service tech checked it, gave his recommendation and didn’t try to up-sell me on a service I didn’t need. So for that professionalism, I’m changing my rating to 4 stars.
