Around 800 bucks to get half my brakes addressed, and quoted me a bunch of other overpriced work. My rotors were fine, because I made the dude bring them out to me and show me where he thought they were bad. He looked quite foolish trying to come up with excuses. Him: "Well no one really machines them anymore" Me: "Great, which part of this surface looks like it needs machining?" Him: ".... Well it's industry practice" Best off looking elsewhere.

Jeremy was incredibly responsive, straightforward, and communicative throughout the entire process. He was able to take my initial call after I completed purchasing my vehicle, and had my car in the shop the very next day for some minor repairs. The inspection process was the best I've ever experienced - with a thorough breakdown of work needed with supporting notes and images of recommended repairs. The team spotted and provided images of some cracked bushings that my Audi dealership missed in their "thorough" prepurchase inspection, and Jeremy reassured me that while in the future these would need to be replaced, it wasn't an urgent issue at this time.
