- LELauren ElizabethDec 27, 20251.0They overcharged me, when I went to call the customer service line I was the first person in the queue and waited for 20 minutes to speak to someone. I was very kind and appreciative of the associates help, but in turn I got a horrible attitude and less than stellar customer service. After waiting on hold, she ended the phone call leaving me with no answers.
- JSJesse SpencerApr 13, 20251.0DO NOT USE THIS PARKING LOT. Imediatly after scanning the QR code at the lot and entering credit card information, my credit card was hacked. My fraud detection shut down my account. I called Metropolis and a horrible woman said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me!
