  We were traveling through GA on I-95 one evening when a trailer tire blew taking out a rear trailer light with it. After putting on the spare and staying the night in a hotel, I went to Big Tex Trailer World in Richmond Hill, Ga to get a replacement trailer light the next morning. It had started to rain and after purchasing the light, Mark (I believe that was his name) at Big Tex was able to back my trailer into the shop and replace my light. It was a lot faster than if I would have had to do it myself and I did not have to get wet. Thank you for fast and very friendly service to a traveler who wanted to get back home.

  I had called Big Tex Richmond HIll back in March to inquire about a part that many other Big Tex dealers were unaware aware of; “Deck on the Neck” specifically for gooseneck trailers, Barry stated “let me do some research and I’ll call you back”, within a couple of hours I received a call back with the part number and was told to let them know when I would be ready to place the order. I gave it about a month and I followed up with him via email but didn’t get a response. I’m a patient guy so I waiting several weeks before calling Barry back, I followed up again and he said he would order the part and let me know once it arrived. I never got a call so I assumed the order was never placed, I then I received a follow up email from TINA in July inquiring if I still interested, I replied yes. Tina got it ordered and offered for their service Dept to install the part if I needed, I aligned and received a phone once the part arrived. Tina was flexible with me regarding appointment options and made it very clear that she would not give me misinformation. If Tina didn’t have the answer, she would be resourceful to verify before speaking. In fact, I’ve never heard her say “I think” it’s either I don’t know, but I’ll find out, or factual information the first time. Once I arrived I was greeted by the service gentlemen and then the office staff Shelby and Tina. Shelby was eager to help, even if that meant stepping away from her desk to physically look…I specifically inquired about a round base gooseneck ball and she came out to verify their inventory instead of being dismissive. All staff members on today’s date (August 7th, 2025) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure my needs were met which is why I’m going into detail on this review. It’s apparent that Morale is high amongst staff at this location. Thank you Tina for getting the ball rolling on the part and service center.
