  We bought a new 2024 camper a few months ago. We were concerned it was too big for my truck, but they said it was no problem. They installed the WDH incorrectly and then said it was fine. It's not. It's dangerous, and they won't do anything about it.

  Camping World committed fraud today. Our travel trailer was damaged in a storm in January when our storage facility's roof collapsed on it. We contacted Camping World and asked if they did insurance work. They said they did and claimed they knew how to work with insurance companies. The trailer was in excellent condition prior to the storm. They were given a line itemed estimate and scope of work from our insurance company with explicit instructions for supplement requests. They kept our trailer at their shop for repairs for 4 months. They didn't even look at the damaged air conditioner, the awning, sat system, etc. They only repaired the roof. They lied and told me that they were done. We picked it up today because they called me late morning and said they were done. If I didn't get it today, they said they were closing for renovations and shipping our trailer to another location in another state where I would have to pick it up. They charged and I paid them the entire insurance proceeds (approx. $6,300.00). I then went outside to inspect the trailer. I immediately saw incomplete tasks and shoddy workmanship. I go back and ask the service manager for a copy of the itemized work completed. Reeking of alcohol, he sheepishly admits they only repaired the roof, it took them 4 months, they charged $6,300 for it, and didn't perform the other repairs. This is fraud. They will be reported.....Consumers: Please avoid this company at all costs!

  REVISED: 06/12/25 DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAMPER SERVICED HERE EVER!!! Finally got our camper back today and they did not complete the work provided by our insurance claim provided to them. Insurance Fraud. I will notify our carrier tomorrow. Previous reviw [2 weeks earlier]: I have bought 2 campers from them and have always had our service performed in the past 5 years. This February we had to put our camper in for repairs after the snow storm caused the storage unit to collaspe on the top of our camper. We scheduled the repairs with THEM and dropped it off mid February - as of today 05/27/25, they still have our camper. They keep giving us the same excuse we have heard for the past six+ weeks. They DO NOT return phone calls, we have to drive by there to get updates [to get the same lie we are told for the past 2 months]! The serice department at Camping World Pooler GA location has the worse customer service for a business I have dealt with on every level!! If i could gve zero stars I would. I will NEVER use this location again!!! I just hope we FINALLY get to use our camper again. Heck, they should be paying me for their delays, my camper starage fees I am paying while they're NOT completing the job they were hired to do. As a small business owner - this is unacceptable.

  Great experience! Linda was very helpful. They have a lot of items and parts. Prices were very reasonable.

  meh! Camping World is not that great. It's a shame there aren't better alternatives for RVers looking for parts and support.
