RVs looked good but the service was terrible. Mary treated like me and my friend like children. We said we were just walking around looking for ideas and she grilled us on our entire lives. THEN, she found us in one of the RVs and rudely said, “what do you think you’re doing” and we had to explain to her that we just checking them out. She treated us like we were gonna rob the place and spoke to us so demeaningly. It was just bad service. She acted like we were just bored and wondering around instead of potentially making an investment, all because of our age.

Me and my friend were looking around for RVs to eventually invest in, and we got horrible customer service from Mary. She made us feel very discouraged because we’re young, and treated us like we were her children. She monitored us as if we were flipping the whole place, and all me and my friend wanted was to get inspired for ideas of what we wanted. That is no way to treat potential customers. Mary gave this place a bad wrap. The RV’s were nice, though.

Objective and insightful review for potential buyers.....This is being done after roughly 6-7 visits and a purchase. Bottom line...Not terrible if you go into it knowing these things in advance and that these are typical auto dealership folks that would get eaten alive in enterprise sales. Pros: Huge inventory. One of the largest, so plenty of new and used to see before purchase. Sales people seem to be decently trained minus one who tried to BS his way through it. Others admitted when they didn't know the answer. Price - They tend to be lower on new pricing because they are a volume dealership. They will match anyone not sitting next to an OEM. Used is all over the place, but I imagine they start like a typical dealership with a nice fat margin. (Fine with me) Parts - Decently equipped parts department. Not the largest, but definitely on the larger side. Parts folks were super helpful in all interactions Especially Leah. Gave excellent and knowledgeable advice on generators. Service - NOT much exp with them other than a walkthrough, but it was fantastic. Overall feel - Clean dealership that is being run by veterans. That being said, by veterans, I am guessing folks that come from the auto sales world. Which is good when it comes to things being cleaned, greeting customers etc. More on this below. Cons: Service Manager: Jimmy cracks me up. Picture a guy who probably used to run a Chevy dealership. Super friendly when you meet, yes sir, yes ma'am, great smile, makes you feel at ease. Professional. And if I was going only by my own interaction, he would be a pro. BUT...I heard the way he talked to my sales guy and overheard him 3 separate times talk to other employees. First time, a guy asked a question about pricing on the phone as he was out on the lot, and Jimmy literally verbally assaulted the guy for asking if they could come down $5k off a $80k camper. (Price matching) Every curse word in the book was heard clearly from 6 feet away. 2nd time was when we were walking back in and he was berating another employee for "not controlling the customer". Told the guy, I don't give a ...... what you've done the past 3 months, you won't last another month if you can't control your customers. Apparently the guy let his customer decide to use their own financing. Jimmy obviously needs to take a course in employee management. Last one was typical dealership sales manager....I overheard an employee asking him why don't we do "this instead of the way we do it because it's old and slow" (something about how the old way they view inventory) Jimmy laughs at him and said "We've been doing this the same way for nearly 20 years, why in the hell would we change it?" Well Jimmy, we also used to use candles for lights fella. I feel sorry for his employees for having to deal with his little man complex temper and lack of self control. Finance - I am honestly not sure the Jason guy is a con. But more of a word of caution. Jason is probably the backbone of why this dealership is in business and makes money. He has a process and he sticks to it. That being said you need to be warned because he goes through his script fast and with confidence. But it is purely to get you to buy things you do not need in order to up his margins by increasing the loan. And he gets irritated when you slow him down or break this process, which I admittedly did just to see him get flustered. Ask him questions until YOU UNDERSTAND what he is talking about. I have to say, Jason is smart. And I honestly think a decent dude. After a while, he let up his routine with me and realized I wasn't the average customer and treated me fine. Overall- I would MAYBE buy from them again, as I know Jason now and know how to deal with him, and probably vice versa. Leah in parts was phenomenal. GREAT selection of RV's, campers, coaches both new and used... But I would honestly have a hard time putting money into the Jimmy guys pocket. I'd be happy to offer up some management training. Because he either needs that or professional psychotherapy.

If a negative 5stars review was available I’d give that. 1 star too generous. I purchased parts/labor for flat pull on my Chevrolet truck. Went to pick up & Service decided another wire was needed & waited additional hour. Finally left in Motorhome pulling truck and have park brake lock up 1/4 mile later. Didn’t take it back, just checked all connections & made home. Next trip, 25 miles in, parking brake locked at red light. Contacted Service & Management , got several different proposed solutions. Was even challenged on if I had called Chevrolet to see what remedy might be. What ???? I paid them for professional install. Called Corp with runaround. Could never get any further resolution, or returned phone calls. I got ripped off for entire $6500 service. CAMPING WORLD is a joke!! Buyer beware !!! Don’t waste your time or $. Horrible experience !
