Got greeted by Emmanuel, who was happy to help us look at their new vehicles. The place was VERY busy but Emmanuel was patient and friendly. He showed us several cars and answered lots of questions, but did not give us any pressure to make a purchase. We ended up buying the top of line XC60 Ultra. The car and price were excellent. Thank you Emmanuel for you service and your time. A+++
- BKBrad KalinoskiJan 1, 20263.0Bought a used 2022 c40 EV. The car ended up back for two repairs. A cracked glass roof. Which was replaced free of charge. Then a service recall to have the two axles replaced. The service center had like one guy working the front. They did keep pretty good details about what was going on with my car. And how long it would take. Overall the service dept wasn't bad. Now. When I owned my Audi, Toyota, Kia, and BMW. they all had a car for me to drive home as the repairs were made. Not Volvo. And Kia and Toyota and Audi sent me home with an Uber. Not Volvo. Ir wasn't until after the fact that the parts were a week before arriving did they offer a loaner. Not impressed. My first time owning a Volvo. And this is a jim Ellis owned and branded location. So they use the same people to do detailing and minor fixes. The wheels had some curbing. And whoever did it. Was a third grader. I now have to pay for a professional to repair the mess they made.
