  Mr. Lou Donchev provided outstanding service. I drove over five hours from Tennessee to purchase an XC90, and from start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and truly worthwhile. Mr. Donchev worked tirelessly to secure the best possible price for my XC90, making sure I got exceptional value. He was patient and attentive to my needs. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly and ensured everything was ready when I arrived so there was no wasted time. His professionalism and genuine care for his customers really set him apart. Making such a long trip could have been stressful, but thanks to Mr. Donchev, it turned into one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service and a seamless purchase experience.

He gave us his honest, no-nonsense opinion, which we genuinely appreciated. He connected with us right away, and we never once felt pressured. Excellent job from the entire team. We absolutely recommend Volvo of Marietta and will be back.

  I strongly advise against doing business with Volvo Cars of Marietta. While my salesman, Emanuel, was excellent and is the only person there I would recommend, the rest of the post-sale experience has been a nightmare of incompetence, deception, and nonexistent customer service. The red flags started immediately. During the purchase, I explicitly declined the lease wear and tear warranty because I plan to buy out the lease. Geovanni, the finance person, told me they would just include it "for free." Instead of having me complete the paperwork at the dealership, Geovanni sent me home with it to finish because I had a long drive ahead of me. When I got home and looked over the documents, I saw the wear and tear warranty was listed. I contacted Geovanni multiple times requesting to have it removed, but he repeatedly insisted that I wasn't paying for it. To make matters worse, the dealership completely dropped the ball and didn’t submit my lease paperwork to Volvo for two full months. Fast forward to months later: the finance manager, Matt, started texting me while I was on a family vacation, claiming they didn’t collect enough in taxes and repeatedly sending me a link to pay the difference. After my vacation, I tried to call Matt multiple times and left him numerous voicemails, but he never called me back. I refused to pay anything until I could review my finalized contract. Nancy from the titling office finally sent me a copy. When I reviewed it, I discovered that Geovanni had lied and secretly charged me over $1,500 for that "free" warranty. I brought this up to the General Sales Manager, Allan Johnson. He agreed to refund the warranty, use those funds to cover the missing taxes, and refund me the remainder. I immediately completed the warranty cancellation paperwork and sent it to Allan and Nancy. After not hearing back for weeks, I followed up, and Nancy claimed they were waiting to hear back from the warranty company. After December 30th, the dealership completely ghosted me. I tried contacting Allan and Nancy numerous times with zero response. Suspicious, I reached out to the warranty company directly, who confirmed that Volvo Cars of Marietta never even submitted my cancellation paperwork. To this day, I still haven't received my refund. Currently, Allan, Nancy, and Matt are actively dodging my calls and ignoring my emails. I recently emailed the General Manager regarding this entire situation, and he never even bothered to respond. Do not trust their finance department, get every single promise in writing, and expect zero accountability once you drive off the lot. Save yourself the headache and go to a different dealership.

  This is absolutely the worst bait and switch dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I have in Writing what they offered me. Got up stairs to do the deal after 5 hours at dealership. Changed the deal. We ended up training with them a day or two later because wife wanted the car that was on the lot. But we never did get the original offer. At this point if this was the last dealership on the planet, I would probably walk. From top to bottom bad management and ownership.

  I have been very pleased with the quality of service I receive from Volvo Cars of Marietta service department. Jason is the advisor who serves and maintains my Volvo. He is genuinely kind, professional, courteous, and respectful. I missed one appointment, forgot to give him a courtesy call, and showed up the next day. When I explained to him what happened, he was sympathetic and served the vehicle with a genuine smile. Customer satisfaction mentality is real. In my humble opinion, he represents service department well.
