  They do not sell you services you don’t need, they execute well and quickly, they’re generous with coupons, and they’re friendly. I almost never write reviews and I’m hard to impress, so let the fact that I posted at all speak for itself. Also, they did not ask me for a good review, which is part of how they got one.

  I've come here for my emissions the last 2 years and both times have been great. It is fast and everyone is very friendly. They even give you mini water bottles when you arrive. Would definitely recommend.

  DO NOT GO HERE... I don't typically leave bad reviews, but my experience with this strictly brothers location in specific really upset me.. I've gone to different Strickland brother locations with both the car I have now and the one I had before and never have had issues up until this place. I pulled into the Bay and they didn't speak a word to me. They begin working on my car and for 45 minutes. I watched them walk around aimlessly like they didn't know what they were doing. Finally, someone comes to my window and tells me that it took longer because my car is a German car. I called ahead two days Prior to coming in to get a quote for my car and they told me $80, But when the guy came around with the payment, he told me $25 off of the original price which was $150. $150 is ABSURD. Luckily, after I mentioned the quote i had gotten he changed it. I did not receive a sticker for my car upon leaving, and they did not acknowledge me either. 2 weeks have gone by And I realized after backing out of a spot that there is wet oil on the ground from where I parked. When I got to my complex, I noticed that in the spots i park in were oil stains. Sure enough my car is leaking oil because they messed up. I called today during their open hours And even left a message, No one answered. I'm really disappointed And feel like I wasted my time and my money. I ended up going to a different location that told me it was a mess. The other location was 10,000 times better all across the board And picked up the pieces at this place scattered.

  Not a good place; better take your car somewhere else. The staff wants to sell you a $100 oil change. My car almost broke because they didn't tighten the oil filter well enough.
