  Ben and the crew here is really great. They did a pretty involved job on my old jeep swapping over components from a different model to change from internal to external slave cylinder. They were one of the only shops in the area who would take on that project, and they were actually excited to try it. I also had issues with my f250, and they diagnosed it as a rear end issue, not transmission. Instead of doing the job themselves and doing shoddy work, Ben was honest with me and gave me the name of another shop who specializes in that. It’s rare to see an honest shop these days, but these guys are legit ! Thanks Ben and team.

  Torque converter slamming and studdering shifts. Called during meeting and told to call back. Paid 5-6k and have to get rebuild by another shop. Added after reply from owner: The owner below has tried to frame the review as "misleading people" directly out the gate. I called at 8:02 (have call log) and didn't receive a call until after I left a negative review following our conversation (again, to the call log). I did indeed hang up on you after you kept insisting I bring the truck in after you read the review and I told you several times that I will no longer be taking my truck to you because I would rather pay for another transmission that to have you work on my truck again. I concluded with "I'm done" and hung up as our business has concluded. You can get as defensive and try to re-frame this in a victim narrative as much as you like, I'm just sharing my experience with your shop for others to make a decision. At the end of the day, the proof is in the pudding as they say. Also, why would I give up a warranty on a transmission and pay another shop full price if I was simply trying to mislead?

  They are highly knowledgeable and worked with me on a Flowmaster muffler. While they were at it, they fixed a rattling screen for free. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful!

  I had an outstanding experience with High Tech Transmission! Their team is top-notch, and they expertly fixed my power steering pump and the U-joints on my axle. For a few weeks, I was troubled by a persistent squeal. Upon returning, they went above and beyond – instead of charging me for a diagnostic fee, they suggested I get a new serpentine belt and idle pulley. I followed their advice, swapped it at the local auto zone, and voilà – the squeal vanished! Truly grateful for their expertise and honesty. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
