- BSBraden SlayNov 1, 20251.0Don’t take your car here!!! They will charge you for things that aren’t related to the issue dropped off for. Leave with worse and different issues. My car had a code for (reverse incorrect ratio) when dropped off, caused by a cracked transmission pan from a previous accident. They don’t communicate with the insurance company by lack of providing evidence that is needed to get a claim approved. It’s throwing different codes now, going into limp mode in forward gears and shifting hard. All of which was never an issue. My front vents don’t work now, battery had to be replaced and has scuff marks and scratches all over the car. I had just had this car repainted in 2024. Called Andrew to discuss the issues and he said that it’s my fault for leaving the car for six months. Insurance company just denied the claim late September. I paid them early October and picked up the car late October. I guess these shops aren’t responsible for taking care of the cars at their shop because insurance companies drag their feet. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed them charging for things that they never did.
