My Rep was Brendon. He was the best he told me everything that was needed for my car to start back driving smoothly & my car needed a lot of repairs because my car is older 2013 Mercedes C250 but they did a great job for a good price

Andrew and the team at the Marietta location were great. First and foremost, I really appreciate their honesty in explaining what to expect after inspecting the issue with my car. They resolved the problem without me having to send a lot of money in this case and had my car ready within a reasonable time. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, great communication, and exceptional work. I highly recommend them. If you have any issues with your car talk with Andrew and his team.

I took my Mercedes-Benz to Eurofeo for a B1 service. The service was good, pricing was cheaper than the dealership, and the shop isn’t far from the dealer either. The techs know Mercedes vehicles and did solid work. After the service, a “Remote Functions Restricted – Service Required” light came on, so I brought it back the next day. They fixed it quickly and discounted my service for the inconvenience. Overall, smooth experience and good business. I’d recommend them.

Honestly, I am very picky where I take my vehicles to and who touches them, especially the finicky German ones. Long story short, the timing chain on my ‘14 VW CC VR6 needed to be replaced a month after spending almost $5k on work done at the dealership already. They wanted to replace the entire motor for $15k. As much as I love this car, that was not happening, even tho everyone that looks at it or works on it brags about how clean and well maintained it is compared to other CC’s they’ve come across. Took it to my other shop, they gave me same diagnosis but they do not work on the rare V6 option so I was stuck. After asking around and doing a little investigating, I came across Andrew and Eurofed in Marietta. Finally got it towed in, he looked at it, commented on the condition and fully understood my dilemma in fixing to scrapping. I bit the bullet, spent the money to get CeCelia fixed after he assured me they could fix it explaining one of his lead techs is from the Ukraine and said “oh the v6? That’s easy, I can fix that.” Andrew kept me updated the whole time, gave me options as well as pictures and a video while they worked. Ended up needing more than timing chain since once they had it opened up, basically found I was about 2 turns away from blowing the whole motor from a broken chain. They cleaned out all the plastic bits from the busted guide, oil pan, filter, crank case… the whole bit. He even fixed my gear linkage so my sport mode works again…. for free! Something the dealership told me was $1400 and most likely a problem they caused based off what Andrew told me. He kept it and drove it until all the engine codes cleared and even took it to have emissions done for me when I came to pick it up So I could get it renewed finally. I called him on my way home surprised the sport mode working, asking him how he fixed it to which he joked that he didn’t want to brag that he was that good! Lmao! But, he is rightfully able to brag because after almost 6 months, CeCelia back on the road. Thank you guys so much, definitely will recommend you to my shop that can’t work on V6’s and anyone else looking for a good, honest shop to work with. Ok, so maybe this wasn’t entirely short….
