The car I traded in still isn’t fully paid off, with $79 left unpaid, even though I was calling repeatedly to make sure it would be taken care of before the payoff quote date. They couldn’t even be bothered to send the check to Navy Federal on time — completely careless and unprofessional. On top of that, manager David gave me a sales invoice with extra taxes that shouldn’t have been there, and when I called him out on it, they shrugged it off as “a mistake.” A mistake? Really? That’s not a mistake — that’s sloppy, misleading, and completely unacceptable. The finance guy, Steve, was equally useless, full of attitude, and acted like helping customers was optional. Every interaction with this dealership screamed negligence and disrespect. Once they got my money, they disappeared — no follow-up, no accountability, no concern for the fact that the trade-in wasn’t paid off and the deal wasn’t handled properly. This dealership clearly could not care less about their customers’ time, money, or peace of mind. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about buying here to stay far away. There are plenty of dealerships that actually value their customers and operate professionally — this is not one of them. Save yourself the headache, stress, and frustration — do not do business with Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. (Attached: proof of the invoice showing the added taxes.)

- GBGinnie BainesNov 8, 20251.0My husband and I thought Ed Voyles was a trusted name, so when we saw they were selling the vehicle I wanted, I jumped on it! It is a 2019 Ford Expedition. I was wary to buy an older car with so many miles, but I was told by the sales people that the vehicle underwent an extensive service inspection. We bought the warranty, and boy are we glad we did…almost as soon as I drove off the lot, the car started sputtering. Long story short(er), I’ve had to get a new transmission, wheel bearing, and now have an oil leak. I was told by two different service places that the issues, especially the wheel bearing, should’ve been noticed. I reached out to Ed Voyles NUMEROUS times for answers. After SIX CALLS, I finally talk to someone. Dave told me to send them the bill to MAYBE get refunded (warranty didn’t cover the entire cost). Now, I’ve sent them the bill and have called again to no avail. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM especially if it’s not a CDJR.
