  I brought my car here for a battery replacement and was charged $800, which is completely unreasonable. After the service, I checked pricing at multiple other dealerships and auto shops, and the maximum I was quoted elsewhere for the same service was around $400 — half of what I paid here. They broke down the pricing and I saw that I was charged $223 for a test on the car, when they were told that the car just needed a battery replacement. The car was towed to the location due to the battery being completely dead which is how we knew that it just needed a replacement. Not only did they charge an extremely unreasonable price but they also kept my car for over two weeks. I dropped the car off on December 19th and picked it up today, January 8th. They were going to keep the car until Monday January 12th but I told them absolutely not. 2 weeks just to replace a battery? I could have purchased the battery they used ($320) and had it put in at autozone for FREE or at another dealer for a MAX OF $150!!! I chose to trust this dealer due to it being a jeep location but I was let down immensely. This was the worst experience I have ever had, genuinely. I guess when the holidays comes around it’s the best time to scam people to make more commission. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Last July I paid 1200 for new headlights for my 2019 scatpack challenger, 6 months later, the right ligh burnt out, even melting it's fuse! Voyles was of ZERO HELP!!!! I was 500 miles away out of state and had to get it fixed right now or risk paying over 500 for a ticket. Voyles wouldn't even consider any form of help, I said there's a reason I don't service my car there, I don't trust them! Yes I paid another 500 for a new right headlight. I GIVE ZERO STARS!

  I have never taken my car to a Dodge dealership and regretted it until this dealership. They stole my personal items from my vehicle and that’s not all . Not only is it the holidays and I am hurt, but I also feel violated. I took my car to this dealership under the faith that they would fix my issue with my purge valve and a recall of the Sabic inflator. When I received my car back after them having it for five days!! there was a beer bottle cap in my backseat. And a plastic tip black and mild. Right hand on the Bible I am telling the truth. I had my comforter in my trunk that I placed in there at their location because they informed me there that they would need my car for the next 2 days. My shoes were in my trunk. I saw them with my own eyes when I placed my belongings in my trunk. When I received my car back, my trunk had been ransacked !!!!! And my shoes were gone . I called the manager & he told me that they needed to enter my trunk to do those two parts and that the only thing he can see on Camera is that they burst a bottle of my alcohol that I had in the trunk. On their floor . By the way, they absolutely did not have to enter my trunk to do either fix!! I asked him. How did he review 5 days of footage in that amount of time. I have never felt so violated, and as I was starting to leave this review, I see another patron has left a review that he purchased a car and found out that the owner son took it on a joyride to another state. What kind of business are you guys running over there? Why do you feel like it is okay to do this to people? God sees everything!

  I’m not even done with my service today but I already know Jonathan will give me excellent service. He is one of a kind. I drive up he greets me by name. He listens to any concerns and lets me know what we need to do. I have a closer dealership to me but I will drive the distance for the service and of course Jonathan’s smile. 😊

  Everyone we dealt with was absolutely perfect. Salesman (Ethan), finance guy (cant remember his name) and the sales manager on duty (David) were 100% perfect. They had the exact car my wife was looking for down to a tee. At first, I had been loyal to Rick Hendricks CDJR for quite some time, so I was trying to work with them to do a dealer trade but couldn't get anyone to call me back, much less answer the phone. So I said screw it and called Ed Voyles CDJR and spoke to my salesman. We arranged a time for myself and my wife to show up. I wont go into detail but, we hit a couple of hiccups during the whole process and they were more than able to find a way to fix it that met both our needs. Salesman, sales manager and finance were all top notch primo.
