After a long day at work, I went to this place to balance my tires, and they have me wait for over an hour while every other car was going in front of me and my car still waiting outside while other cars getting fixed and getting gone or whatever my car still outside and that’s why I give him one star because of the customer service in front

My boyfriend had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. Just the week before, he spent nearly $2,000 here on tire work, and that visit went smoothly. During that appointment, they recommended some additional cosmetic work for the tires, which he agreed to have done the following Saturday. The representative even followed up several times during the week and encouraged him to come first thing in the morning.
He arrived right when they opened, and his car was taken back immediately. He was told each tire would take about 45 minutes, so the job should have been finished around noon. Instead, when he asked for an update at noon, he was told the technician had been pulled off his car to work on someone else’s vehicle. Suddenly, the estimated completion time changed from noon to 5 PM—yet no one had the courtesy to let him know until he asked.
When he understandably refused to wait another five hours, they put his tires back on and had him out the door in ten minutes. That shows the delay wasn’t necessary, just poorly managed. He later reached out to the same rep who had been following up with him all week, and while the rep promised to check into it, he never called back.
This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and showed no respect for a customer’s time—especially considering the amount of money he had already spent here. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Frequently Asked Questions About Butler Tires and Wheels
Do I need an alignment?
During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications.
Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year.
Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.
