Above and beyond: I normally come here for tires which they always do ana amazing job but I recently came in to do an alignment and they went above and beyond and even fixed the slight wheel poke in the rear and I couldn't be happier. amazing price for all the work that they had to do

Very very bad experience. On the Christmas week I called to book an appt to take my box truck for an alignment. The guy said that whoever does the alignment wasn’t there that week. So I waited for the following week which was new years week. It was Thursday the 1st when I called and they said that the truck department was closed. I called back on Monday the 5th I asked about it and whoever I spoke on the phone said that the Christmas week they were actually working. Anyways… so I finally took the truck on Tuesday the 6th, I left it outside early in the morning. I picked it up later on the same day. The truck was exactly the same. As if nobody had even touched it. I called them again and they said “just bring it back” like if it was nothing. No apologies or anything. So I took it back Thursday morning again. They open at 8am I called around 8:10am. The guy answered the phone put on hold and left me there for 9 minutes. I hung up and called back. They answered right way. I told them they left me there for 9 minutes, he didn’t say anything and just transferred me to the truck division. Came back later that day to finally pick up the truck. Guess what? They left the truck inside of the parking lot and locked the gate. The other department of the shop(that was still opened which I guess only works with the fancy cars, didn’t even care what was going on. I went there to see if they could help open the gate so I could pickup my truck. The red hair guy told me in my face: “I do here, I don’t work there, I’m not them” just like that. Draw your own conclusions about it.

Yesterday I brought my Toyota Sienna van in for some tire issues. The service advisors and the technicians were exceptionally nice and helpful. They were quick to resolve all of the tire issues. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Incredible service. If you’re looking for a wheel & tire shop, look no further. Mason helped me out and was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, figuring out my wheel lock issue and doing an alignment on my car with a new set of tires. Car feels great. I’ll definitely be going back!

I went in a few weeks ago for an alignment. Its an older Chevy and I was recommended to come here by my local mechanic as they " specialize" in alignments and have all the righ equipment for older vehicles. Quoted me $295 to start and go from there. After I had.to come back to the shop to show them how to turn the key to start my older Chevy so they could do the alignment and waiting 2 1/2 hours to hear anything they tell me they need to weld the bolts on the control arms to tighten them. When 2 days earlier I put them on in my garage on jack stands but these professionals are unable to put a wrench on it. The guy didn't even fully inspect the control arms since he is describing them to me and as I tell him where the shims are (i put them in the wrong place) the continue to tell me they are incapable of tightening the bolts and there were no shims and im now quoted $1000 FOR AN ALIGNMENT! With $600 already owed when literally no work has been completed. End up out the door for $865 and clearly no welding because I inspected after I got home and magically they figured out how to put a wrench on it and get the shims in. IMO they showed me incompetence and we're looking to get every dollar out of me they could. Will not be recommending and will be sharing my opinion to my friends and family...

Frequently Asked Questions About Butler Tires and Wheels

Do I need an alignment?

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4-tires with our standard installation, you get a free alignment. The alignment is a $129.99 value and comes with a 12-month warranty.
