I went to camping world Lake Park Georgia with my daughter to try and purchase a decent camper that I would use as my residence while staying with her until recent surgeries were healed and I could go back to my house. I really liked the 2021 Riverside retro RV 193. It looked pretty decent. The price was a little high, but it’s what I liked. They told me before I purchased it would be gone over and everything checked and doublecheck to make sure everything was working right because after I purchased it, it would be as is. I trusted them took their word I paid cash for the camper. Got it delivered. Then the issues started. The furnace doesn’t work. The shower stall flooded the whole bathroom. The toilet leaks horribly. I could go on and on I don’t have the know how or the money to repair a camper that was supposed to have been gone over before I purchased it. I have called them and told them about it and they just said they were sorry nothing else no help no nothing. My advice to you if you wanna buy camping trailer go somewhere else. They knew I could not repair the camper myself because I have a broken hip and three broken vertebrae. They don’t care they just pressure you and pressure you into buying something. I’m very disgusted but I do love my trailer and will try to get it fixed as best we can with the help of my daughter and son-in-law, but I do not recommend you buy anything from thiscamping world in Lake Park Georgia

From our Salesman, Michael Burton to the service and financial staff we had a seamless and excellent experience. We experienced no pressure and found the perfect camper to meet our needs and exactly what we wanted. Everyone we encountered from start to finish were extremely friendly and helpful in showing all the things we needed to be educated in as first time owners. Michael, thank you for everything. To the Roger who did our walk through we thank you. To the service guy (sorry, I failed to get your name) thank you for your guidance in hook up and towing. We felt confident leaving and knowing how to operate our new camper. We will recommend you all to anyone needing a camper or camper service.
- SWSally WatsonOct 19, 20255.0We had a tire blowout on I75 near Lake Park GA on Oct 9 and needed some items to make necessary repairs to underbelly etc. Spoke with Jaret Broomberg and explained our situation. He was so helpful and provided exactly what we needed and get us on our way happy. We don't really deal well with CW (repairs dept) in other locations previously but Jaret certainly put some faith in getting us back to CW in a more positive light. We also spoke to another camper in the campground and he also expressed similar opinions. From his biz card, it appears he is the Operations Manager and he sure runs a great operation there in making sure customers walk away happy and with less stress in a very stressful situation. Thank you Jaret.

The work does not appear to have been completed properly, and the final bill was higher than expected. I need clarification on the additional charges and what can be done to correct the repair issues. I’m unhappy with the repairs done on my RV and the fact that I was overcharged. Please review my invoice and the work performed so we can resolve this issue.what should have been a two weeks job took over a month and a half .
