- ASAlexa StallworthSep 25, 20251.0If I could give a 0/5 I would. We booked through Priceline. The listing said this was an airport rental car location with a shuttle service. Found out it was 30 min away and did not provide a shuttle. The uber over was $60. After arriving on site, they told us they “do not honor and will not accept Priceline bookings”. They told us to cancel and rebook the car through them (shady stuff). We called Priceline and they canceled the booking and refunded us. So back to the airport to try and get a last minute rental car. Another uber and a lot of lost money for shady business. Don’t waste your time.

Then on the way back the 15 passenger van steering wheel was wobbling out of control and the tire was about to come off it took is an additional 5 hours to get back home from Florida back to Georgia because if we go over 55 mph the wheel may fall off. Then the owner wife say come in I’ll refund you for a day I get there it’s a whole new story. I don’t recommend this place at all they’re money hungry and don’t care about our people who come and spend their hard working money there. Find somewhere else don’t do it straight nightmare form hell never again. I will be contacting the better business bureau on them regarding this matter.
