  Okay, first, we went to the wrong location. Immediately, Ms Felicia offered to make a call to see if we'd be able to be helped at her location versus making the drive to the location we were scheduled. After getting the green light to work with us, her professionalism was on display - - she explained the process as she proceeded to work, and sincerely apologized when things appeared to be a bit delayed. She made us comfortable and continued to explain next steps after completing the vehicle assessment. She explained in detail all the docs necessary to sign before we signed and then concluded with payment. The only gripe I have is that there was no TV showing the NFL playoff game.

  We sold a car to WBAC at the Duluth, GA location. Felicia was a gem to work with – knowledgeable and efficient. We had some problems with the DMV and some logistical issues and we lived out of state so the whole ordeal was stressful. However, Felicia and WBAC were incredibly patient and understanding with our situation. And since they have locations in our state, we were able to complete the sale in our state, not having to travel back to GA. And we received a very good price for the car! I would recommend WBAC.
