  You run across kind-hearted people in the most random situations. Mr. Mike was so accommodating & kind which is important in a stressful situation. I'm very thankful & impressed with the customer service. He got me home safely & took care of my car like it was his. 12 outta 10 EASY

  Waited 3 HOURS with no communication from tow company and when I called no answer. The driver arrived unfamiliar with which car needed service or what was needed, despite that all being in the service notes. Then he had “accidentally” left equipment he needed to complete the service at home so was unable to complete the tow. Obviously he didn’t read service notes or even try to prepare for the service. Had he called me ahead of time he could’ve clarified any information he needed. I had to request service all over again and then wait until the next day to get the service completed.

  My car broke down , I called onstar as my car isn’t a year old yet. They referred my tow to his company. This occurred at Sat at 3:30 pm . I was contacted by Hemphill that they could get my car around 7:00 pm that night. Ok no problem. I got a text around 7:00 saying they were on their way. Well after several text’s saying they were on their way . The Driver didn’t arrive till 8:45 pm . He said they diverted him to other calls . No problem I wasn’t going anywhere anyway. He gets here it’s pitch dark and can’t maneuver his truck to pick the car up. He had a regular truck with the automatic arms that go around the wheels . He said he could come later that evening before 2 :00am with a flatbed truck.I said why don’t you just come in the morning. Ok agreed. Sunday morning another tow driver arrives. He said we should try to start the vehicle. Ok we tried . No start because I already knew it had a fuel pump issue by the way it reacted . Then I had asked that when he got it up in the air could I take a picture that the Driver the night before had attempted to lift the vehicle and a loud crunching noise sounded . I just wanted to make sure none of the bottom shields had been damaged. His attitude changed dramatically. All of a sudden he wanted me to sigh a hold harmless. ( this means their company wouldn’t be Responsible if any damaged occurred to my vehicle while they where hooking it up or towing it ) I said I refused. He said we were all done . And left . I called Hemphill and talked supposedly to the owners daughter . She said she wouldn’t be sending another truck out because this Driver was the only one she had available. I called onstar back explained everything. They assign my call to another company. That company called immediately. They showed up with in a half hour of my onstar call. The vehicle was hooked up and towed to the dealership. I don’t know anything about This Hemphill company. But from my experience I would never refer them to anyone. Also I never got an apology from the dispatcher for any of my inconvenience. Not a way to run or keep business. And now a days Companies need all the business they can get !!!!!
