However, there was a random piece of plastic in my floorboard that was NOT there before and now my car is making a strange high pitched mechanical sound. Did this come off/out of my car? Why didn't they put it back if it did? Will this do permanent damage? Who knows. Video shows sound, this sound has NEVER happened before and only happens when the vehicle is on. I cannot afford anymore repairs.

I drove around leaking oil without my knowledge until November 29th when my check engine light came on and my car started jerking upon acceleration. I checked the oil and it was so low that I could barely see it on the dipstick. I had to pay $200 to have my car towed from the side of the highway to a shop. The leaking oil caused my solenoid to go bad and it ended up costing me $300 to replace. I called Jiffy Lube angry about this and they took my information and said some person called "Larry" I think would call me back to discuss this. Well, I never got that call and I haven't forgotten about it. Save your money and go somewhere that actually can put an oil filter back on correctly, which shouldn't be a problem for a place that's only job is to change oil.
