- MSMegan SmithDec 27, 20251.0HIRAM LOCATION!! Went there December 26 for an oil change and emissions. As expected, they tried to up-sale me on things, some of which I definitely needed. My cabin air filter was disgusting and the tech brought it to me to look at. I could not afford for them to replace it at the cost he was offering especially the day after Christmas and mentioned that I would just buy a filter and replacement myself or get my husband to do it. Not sure what their policy is when putting old air filters back in, but he seriously shoved all the leaves back into the filter and my car. Now my air conditioner is making noise because of the leaves and dirt that he shoved back in there- after he told me he would blow all the leaves out that fell into the compartment. Will NEVER go to a jiffy lube again. Also should add that I went to this location before when it was Valvoline for 5 years and never once had an issue with them. First time here and seriously disappointed.
