  Billy Howell Ford is a low pressure, old school dealership. They treat you with respect. I did 95% of my deal on the phone and through text messages. Joe is my salesman. He was awesome. We laughed and joked and still got the deal done in a very fast manner.They even sent me a Christmas gift. I haven't had a dealership do that in 15 years. I'll definitely be buy my next Ford at their dealership, it was a nice experience.

  My experience buying my 2025 Ford F150 was excellent. Everyone from the owner to the gentleman who cleaned and fueled my new truck was kind, helpful and extremely polite. I highly recommend you go to Billy Howell for your next vehicle choice!

  I wish I could do zero star I’ve had a terrible experience every single time I’ve dealt with this Ford dealership, and today was the last straw. I’ve been reaching out for months and months trying to get recall-related issues handled, and nothing ever gets resolved properly. I had an appointment today and ended up waiting 30–45 minutes with no communication. Nobody even bothered to tell me where to go or invite me inside—I was left sitting outside in the cold like I didn’t matter at all. No one seemed to care. Not only did they not fix my car, but after bringing it in, I suddenly have new problems. My display screen is now not working at all, which means I can’t control basic features like the air in my car. The car is literally blowing hot air nonstop, and I have no idea what they did, but this problem was not there before. On top of that, they’re trying to charge me and act like they’re doing me a favor by “maybe” replacing parts that are clearly under a recall. Recall parts should be replaced for free, period. I should not be made to feel like I’m asking for special treatment when this is Ford’s responsibility. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and exhausting. The lack of communication, the long waits, the careless treatment, and now new issues with my car have made me completely regret coming here. I’m done dealing with this dealership
