  Purchased two Groupons for fully synthetic oil changes for two of my kids who are headed back to college. Redeemed Saturday morning on a rainy day. Mr. Martin and his team quickly changed the oil and then I ran home and brought in the 2nd car. 2nd car was even quicker. Will be back next weekend with two more cars!

  I went to this location today to use a 30-dollar off coupon that I received in the mail. The car was overdue for an oil change, so I was glad they were open later than I expected. I need to let them know something about how the world works...when you are an arrogant jerk and talk down to your customers, you do not get repeat business, and they obviously don't need and won't be getting mine. I know it's pretty much standard for oil change places to show you how dirty your air filter is and recommend that it be replaced at a premium price, but this guy was in the mode of actually accusing me of something. When I gave my standard response of wanting to replace the dirty air filter later, he said, "I don't believe it!" based on the fact that I had used that response at a different Jiffy location a few too many times before. Why do I need to be hard-sold air filters when I just want an oil change? True to the other reviews here, he also said that he didn't understand why I used conventional and not synthetic oil, went ahead and replaced the oil with the more expensive synthetic without asking and told me that his shop only uses synthetic when I paid the bill. Did I get car service today in metro Atlanta, or in France? I am not sure.

  Website says 15 minute oil change. It has taken them over an hour and a half and still waiting on them to finish for just an oil change. The location on Peachtree Industrial told a customer they only carry full synthetic oil and there is no other option. That was followed up by telling them he coupon the customer had was not accepted at their location but the coupon came from their website and has their address on the coupon. They also told 3 different customers they needed to flush their radiator because they were low. Very interesting that everyone supposedly has the same issue. Appears they just want to take advantage of people and over charge them.

  This is a great location. Very professional and friendly. Did a great job getting my car together today, oil change, fuel flush, and filter change. My car is happy. Thanks team!

  They have recently been acquired by a larger group, so that may be partially to explain my poor experience. The man who serviced my car gave me an estimate including a two-part service that included an exchange of the cabin and engine air filters, all of which I declined. He then said he would get me a new estimate on his tablet for the basic oil change I requested. After a few minutes, he gave me the estimate, which was higher than I expected. I called my husband to confirm that the price was similar to our prior oil changes, to which he let me know it was very much not. Once I had my husband on the phone, the salesman immediately started to backtrack and let me know I was “confused” and that the price included the air filters and additional services I had already declined. When I reminded him that I had already declined all the additional services he was now including, he only dug in his heels with the gaslighting. Completely take advantage of women, and I later replaced both air filters myself with $20 worth of parts from Amazon compared to the $60+ they quoted me. Still so frustrated about this experience and will absolutely never return. Just because I’m a woman bringing my car in solo does not mean I’m an idiot to take advantage of, despite this location’s opinions to the contrary.
