He provided a fair price, immediately recognized me as a returning customer, and thoughtfully recommended a coolant change. I let him know I’d come back for that service later, and I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy about upselling things I didn’t need right now. Even though there’s another Jiffy Lube around the corner, the quality of service at the Buford Hwy location keeps me coming back.
