  The service department was definitely lacking. My husband took his truck for a scheduled service and, after quoting him $900 for routine maintenance, he picked getting the oil filters change and oil changed and tires rotated. He waited for 2 1/2 hours with no real update other than to say it's not ready.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If David Stephens can’t do it, it just can’t be done. Let me start by saying my family and I had already visited so many dealerships that my kids were beginning to think “Test Drive” was our new permanent address. Every place we went, the salespeople looked at our situation like it was a Rubik’s Cube made by NASA. Enter David Stephens — the man, the myth, the automotive wizard. David didn’t just greet us… he materialized like our fairy god-salesman. I swear I heard theme music. My youngest said he sparkled. I don’t know, I blinked. This man took our two old vehicles — one of which I’m pretty sure was being held together by prayers and duct tape — and somehow turned them into two brands-new(ish) cars like he was running a dealership AND a full-service magic show. At one point, I joked, “Man, if you can make this deal happen, I’ll let you name my next kid.” He didn’t even blink. Just whispered, “Chrysler.” And you know what? I’m considering it. The whole time, David had us laughing so hard I forgot we were dealing with paperwork. My wife said she hasn’t felt this much relief since our kids finally slept through the night. Even the kids started asking if we could adopt him. I told them he has other customers to save. By the end, not only did we get the absolute perfect deal, but I think David may have cured my stress, aligned my chakras, and restored my faith in the auto industry. If you’re reading this and wondering whether to work with David: YES. Do it. Run, don’t walk. This man could probably refinance your mortgage, get your credit score promoted to management, AND fix your Wi-Fi — all while handing you keys to a new ride. Thanks, David. You didn’t just make our day — you made our whole YEAR.

  I bought a Chevrolet Silverado and trusted them because of my brother in law who worked there,even though an employee walking by said this place marks their vehicles way up.I went to trade it in 2 years later and the Finance guy at this dealership said that the deal was the worst he had ever seen .Im now $15,000 upside on the 2024 GMC truck I have now.NEVER go there..
