  I Encourage Customer to Not go in too Late as we had to. Rushes things a Bit. Make SURE in Finance Dept that they Explain Fully all Prices & SHOW you PRICES on the Contract. Making clear the Difference between the Basic Warranty that comes w Car VS the 60 month COSTLY Warranty!! Otherwise Good people

  Earlier today my husband were shopping for a Jeep. We found a 2023 gladiator that was different and we liked. The vehicle was not even on their inventory. We dealt with a very sweet young salesman, David Steven's. The best part of this experience was this meek, humble, and kind young man. Unfortunately, we couldn't make a deal with the manager. I would say if I do go buy another vehicle, I will definitely seek David out! If you go to this dealer, ask for David.

  Buying experience was okay. I purchased a 22’ Chevy Colorado there with a few cosmetic issues. I was assured the warranty that came with the vehicle would cover my concerns. However after warranty started I learned that is not the case. I set an appointment, I booked 7:30AM, the day after Christmas, drove almost 2 hours. Explained to service that I had a verbal agreement these issues would be fixed. I sat there for almost 4 hours with my truck moving two lanes over in the waiting bay and not being worked on. I finally had to ask twice if there was an update only to be handed a piece of paper saying “we didn’t promise anything” I guess verbal agreements don’t hold water. I spoke with the used car sales manager, Shawn I believe, he said let me finish this up and I’ll be out to look over your concerns. Waited another 20 minutes and finally drove off. What’s the point of having an appointment if my truck isn’t even looked at? Drove 2 hours one way to sit for 4 hours then drive another 2 hours back home. Be cautious buying used vehicles from them and make sure any VERBAL agreements are written down. Completely blown away by the lack of professionalism at Shottenkirk.

  I recently purchased a 2024 Hyandai Sonata that was advertised online at this dealership and I must say I truly enjoyed the experience. The customer service is great, they were very informative and helpful on asking the needs I was looking for in a vehicle as well as the extras that came along in the process of purchasing the vehicle. Don and Ev are exceptional representatives on how to treat a personal. I will be letting family/friends know to stop by this dealership for their future car needs.

  The first time we visited this dealership was because we saw a Jeep Wrangler online at a great price. When we arrived, we were told the website prices were incorrect and outdated, and that they did not reflect the actual price of the vehicle. We looked around but ultimately did not make a purchase because we couldn’t agree on a price. Since then, we continued receiving messages about “deals” on other Jeeps, so we decided to stop by again today. We found a car we really liked. It happened to be a 2026 model, and they explained that the best deals were on the 2025 models, which we completely understood. Not being able to reach an agreement on price is also part of the process, and that wasn’t the issue. The negative experience came when the manager, Mike Pennington, came out to speak with us. I pointed out that the price on the sheet they handed us was higher than the price printed on the window sticker. He told us the window price was wrong because a “third party” had placed it there, not them. When we pointed out that this was the second time we had been told prices were incorrect, he became visibly upset, dismissive, and ultimately walked away from us. Our salesperson Jimmy was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. If it were not for the way the situation was handled by Mike, we would have purchased the vehicle today. We genuinely loved the car, and Jimmy provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Unfortunately, the dealership lost a sale due to poor customer care and an inability to handle reasonable questions regarding pricing.
