Business must be slow, too bad your new policies will make business worse. Good bye Penske. Your inability to do business like other reputable truck rental companies, who allow you to buy insurance or waive and use your own insurance and give a credit card to hold & pay for your trucks use. Bad business decision. Also please get nicer people to communicate with your Clientele.

We called in, made a reservation, got an email confirmation, called in to confirm the truck that day....then got all the way here to Buford and they told us they don’t have a truck! Were moving to a different state this weekend and now we have to scramble. So unprofessional. If you want a truck, an actual truck. Not a firetruck, a toy truck, the right size truck, a guaranteed truck based on a reservation made 24 hours before. Go with budget truck or Uhaul. Insane...
