- JPJamie PilcherNov 5, 20251.0Went to look at a camper at this location and found several campers i liked but 1 caught my eye it has a slide out and asked if they could get the slide open so I could see the room inside was told it wouldn't open that it was off track and can't get it to open , if your asking 15k for a camper and you can't get the slide to open out then there us real issues. But other than feeling rushed a little bit I won't be returning my business to this company.

Advantage definitely got taken just by the financing department. But aside from that they didn’t inspect anything before shipping it to me. Get two months in and the middle slide leaks really bad! I pull my slide in and the seals aren’t even attached to the wall and the seal to the outside is pulled away from the wall. Take it in for service. They had it two weeks waiting for parts. $700 round trip get it back home. Parked it as we haven’t taken it out since “repaired” wood to the roof of the ceiling on that same slide. Rotten. They only did the seal repair. Not ANYTHING to the damage caused by the seal. Now they claim it’s out of warranty they don’t have a “clear recommendation” as to what to do. When they didn’t actually repair the damage!!!!

We were not really looking to buy but found something we liked and they offered us $80000 and then with $10000 down wanted $1500 per month. I’m in finance myself and saw immediately this was 22% interest and after 20 years equaled $353000 for a $70000 finance. Never actually showed us any interest rate on paper so as probably not have any liability or trying to hide the outrageous rate. We had a “fair” credit score of 675 so not the best but not the worst. Investing averages the average interest rate for a score of 350 (lowest and worst score) is around 16%-18%. They are trying the old bait and switch. Will never go here to even look again
