I purchased a dryer from Camping World, where the store owner apparently bought a new, out-of-the-box dryer, installed it in my RV a week later, and discovered it makes awful gri ding sounds on the first use. I attempted to exchange it at the store, but was denied after paying $950 for a brand-new machine. They offered to diagnose the problem at $190 per hour, which could take up to two hours. If they found a mechanical issue, they would exchange the dryer. It’s evident that they employ poor business practices as a strategy. They will give you the runaround, ask the manager, and hold you on the phone for 30 minutes, 40 minutes, or even over an hour and a half, just hoping you would hang up and give up. Instead of dealing with this clown show, I highly recommend choosing a local business. Updating this review this dryer is completely broken now still no help from camping world I was scammed by camping world and sold a broken dryer
