He remember me from the previous day when we spoke over the phone. Mr. Walker he said you are right on time. We have some coffee on this side and water on the other. We will be pulling your car around momentarily for the inspection. 10 min later Mr. Ryan came to me share with me their findings and how I came to the right place. Do not worry Mr. Walker we are going to take good care of you. Wow. Mr. Ryan went about ordering the parts needed and checked on me to ensure that I was alright and I was. Having my coffee and catching up on some paperwork. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Trent who I expected was the technician who would be servicing my car. He to Mr. Trent let me know that I was going to be alright. I could go on and on about the exceptional service that I received from Butler Tires and Brakes.
