- TATruth Is Absolute4 days ago1.0The Sales Guy was not very helpful. You should make your customer feel comfortable and want to spend their money with you. You never know who you're really dealing with presentation is key, If you show someone a camper you should be able to show case the amenities etc not sit down and watch barely knowing anything about the camper. Also, when you work in customer service make sure you make the customers feel welcomed not like they're disturbing you that can change the entire dynamic of the experience and wanting to shop at this place. All in all I'll give my money to the other company glad we decided to check this place out we now can see why people are saying what they say in the reviews.
- KTKevin TaylorDec 6, 20251.0Terrible place to try and purchase a camper. I viewed a 2019 model on their website and sent an email about it. I received a call the next day and made an appointment to view the camper. Once I arrived, the sales rep had no idea where the camper was located. After riding us around on a golf cart, he then said you must have the wrong Camping World. Luckily we spotted the camper and pointed it out to him. Once we viewed it and went inside he assumed I would be financing it. I explained I was interested in paying cash, he then went to talk with the finance department and came back with a different price. The price went up almost 4,000 but he claimed they would negotiate. The finance rep then came out and after trying to convince me why I should only trust buying a camper from them, he said the new price was the only deal. We left empty handed for pure principle at that point. A place that will not post the true price of their camper is simply not trustworthy.

No, one came up to help me, maybe not going back. I did some research online and wanted to order my stuff through the website and basically called me when they only had certain things or didn't want to really didn't help me a lot of people. Not a lot of help. Set the time I went. I was looking actually for a camper to do a hunt trip. No, one came up and helped me. No, one asked for to really help. I kind of stood around looking for someone no help at all. They greeted me, yeah. And then when I tried to explain like, Hey, this is what I'm looking for no one really helped me. It was like hold on. Let me get such-and-such or hold on it. Never came back.
