They pressure tenants of buildings they occupy to have parking even if not needed, threaten it is a breach of lease when it isn't and the building could care less. They also are very predatory in their mandatory contracts. For example when an employee leaves they keep charging you for up to a month, even after they disable the access because of some fine print somewhere. If you ever are considering a lease with a building that uses them as parking provider look elsewhere.
