The only phone number they give you is facility manager, who doesn't pick up the phone or return voice messages. Her assistant is a liar who said they'll cancelled the account but didn't do anything. And customer service email just gives a run around, supposedly emailing facility manager but that email address is invalid. So, 3 months later I still being billed for parking I don't use and can't cancel. It's a complete nightmare!
