- AMAnother Perfect MoveAug 7, 20241.0I requested E tracks to be placed on the top and at the bottom. They put both each tracks in the center. Charged me $617 and refused to fix the error. I was told by the gentleman in the picture that I should’ve brought my own measuring tape. I responded you guys are the professionals and should ask questions to determine before doing the job etc. I also told them that my check engine light was on and I told them what the issue was because Clark Atlanta trucks Already did the diagnosis for me. The gentleman in the picture, also told me that’s not why the check engine light is on etc. So he informed me that he would do a truck inspection for $140. Upon completion of putting the E tracks he informed me that I was correct about what the original problem was and then proceeded to tell me I owed $140 plus an additional $175 bring the bill to $932 etc so they attempted to charge me for a problem that I already told him what the problem was. Then tried to add an additional fee on top of that . After attempting to fraud me, I ended up paying $617 for the wrongly placed E Tracks. They knew I was originally at Ace truck and trailer Who charges more so they thought that they can increase the price on me! I pay my bills but I don’t pay to get scammed. My advice before doing any work with this company is to get everything in writing so you are fully are aware of the charges so they don’t get over on you!
